For months, my well set-up eatery has been closed, no market, rising costs, staff inconsistencies etc seems like normal management issues so I started cost cutting measures, innovative ideas etc staff that resigned I gladly let them go, I even employed two experienced hands at different times to help me look into my business (strategies thought in business schools), two of them came and left, nothing changed (we can't depend on man ooh, our help only comes from God and God inspired solutions). That's for the shop, I also have a mobile kitchen, you could say first of it's kind in my area, that one too started it's own issues and has been parked in one place for months, sistas, shame catch me to talk of the way my business has just been struggling. How can food business not make it? I just dey wait in high hopes. Wednesday morning I told God, today evening 72hours ends oh, I need to see something, any sign, miracle, honour your word oh lord et.. Sistas, at about 1pm, I was called by the board secretary at work to come to his office and he asked me if I could supply food for a meeting by 2pm, I saw the price per plate and I jumped at it and said yes, it's was more than twice the amount I sell a plate of food. Previously when oga's is sending me for food, it will be a tight budget, nothing for me and they'll be using me oh, I once told him when he asked how is my business that how can business be good when he is not giving me jobs to supply food (again, na God dey do am ooh) And today he doubled price of food and used his phone to call me, I did not pick the first time and he called my second line. Swag things! Now, my business had been struggling or sleeping sef, so i knew I couldn't Just go to a locked shop and get food, the time was too short to assemble my remaining staff and. cook, but even going to buy sef, had good profit. Meanwhile sisters I had to run an errand for Swag P and I asked her that i'll do it the next day because of the food supply deal and she said OMG,TAKE YOUR TIME, BIZ HAS STARTED. Imagine! I praise God because this is indeed a sign that all is settled in this 2014. Wait oh, I got to find out that the meeting was initially scheduled for month end, but got moved back and it fell on Wednesday within 72hours, of the declaration of God's vessel, The Ark, Swag P.
